(Yes, even winter)
Depending on the time of the year, and the year itself, you'll find different landscapes at the farm.
Every season has it's charm and it's beauty. Sometimes the field may have flowing grain; sometimes it might be freshly tilled. Sometimes there might be burst of color flowering in the back yard; sometimes the yard might be dry and subdued.
Autumn is magnificent on the East End. Be sure to go pumpkin picking, apple picking, and get yourself lost in a corn maze.
New York winters have become much milder than in the old days. Sometimes you just need a light jacket. But snow storms are still a possibility and snow drifts can be dramatically beautiful if they happen to greet you during your stay.
