You’ll enter the house through our quaint kitchen - definitely a throw back to another time. Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook.
Feel free to use the coffee in the freezer. The coffee machine can use filters or the reusable filter that is already in the machine. The manual is in the drawer next to the refrigerator if you need it.
There are also tea bags and sweeteners on the kitchen table for your convenience. If you run out there are more in a container in the cabinet over the microwave.
Appliances
In addition to the coffee maker, you’ll find a fully loaded magic bullet blender in the cabinet under the microwave.
A large (bagel-friendly) toaster sits on the counter (please unplug when not in use).
You’ll find a juicer in the bottom cabinet to the right of the refrigerator.
Everything You Need
Plates, bowls, knives, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, you’ll find them all in the drawers and cabinets.
There are two light switches for the kitchen lights. One is near the entrance (only one switch there is operational, ignore the other), the other is behind the microwave.
Under the sink you’ll find cleaning supplies should you need them.
Under the sink you’ll also find battery operated candles. Please use these in the unlikely event of a power outage, or bring them into any of the other rooms for more gentle lighting. (Return them under the sink when you check out.)
These candles have a remote control that allows you to set them on steady or flicker. The manual is in the drawer next to the refrigerator.
Please keep the kitchen tidy and dishes washed. This is the country and food left out will attract bugs.
